An innovative, new groundbreaking cell phone series

I am writing from the Netherlands.

I have a groundbreaking cell phone idea which involves a very simple accessory solution to add to the currently used technology. This one will revolutionize the whole GSM culture leading to a new-generation cell phone series which will be outdating the current models making them eventually obsolete.

There are only two able manufacturers, this can be submitted to:

1.  Samsung

2. Apple.

The one that takes and adopts it, will automatically and substantially be dominating the global market for a very long time.

Anyone to urgently guide and/or lead me to the right channel(s) ?
