Sleep Mode: Make Alarm Optional

I can't find a way to use the Sleep Mode routine without setting an alarm, I would like this to be optional - like how Dark Mode, Greyscale and Sound settings are optional parts of the Mode

(Before the beta I used to rely on Sleep mode to set do not disturb and turn on greyscale mode, as a subtle routine to wind down)

You can set DND as a routine without bedtime.

I have it run from 9pm to 7am. I've never used the bedtime thingy
