Have you tried to update the app after downloading the Beta software?
If that didn't work, please report this issue in the Samsung Members app > Error report, so that developers can take a closer look at it.
Other than that, you can also clear cache of Samsung Video Library app: Settings > Apps > select app > Storage > Clear cache. 🙂
