Quick Settings panel blur

Please add blur to the top and bottom of the quick settings panel when scrolling through.

Thank you, it is just to make the ui seem more uniform. The improvements in one ui 7 are great but it doesn't seem as connected as ios and pixel ui, the team need to work hard at applying their core principals of ui design across the board, including the small details (which I'm sure they are 😊)
