Overheating routine modes

CREATE AN OVERHEATING procedure made as a preset in the modes and routines app. If the device is noticed to get hot due to use or weather, like the sun, the phone will have its own settings. For example, it will use CPU cool mode instead of standard. Instead of light mode, it will go to dark mode to use fewer pixels (e5x).
