Gallery Stack Rectangular

I just selected the gallery Stack with an album to display but vertical pics have head cut off I think there must be a way to adjust the pics to show people faces rather than just centre with head and bottom cut off. Hope there is a solution to this otherwise more pics you see with heads cut off then not..
