Fix Gallery reporting wrong focal length

For APS Cameras GALLERY since Android 13 has wrongly reported focal length of pictures taken with those cameras as if they were full frame.

Eg. 18mm is shown as 27mm

I have reported this weveral times.

Was fine on Android 12. My Tab S6 shows the correct value.

Thanks, yes I've done that. Also it's been reported months ago so it appears that there is no will to fix it
