DND notification exceptions

With OneUI 5, it is much more complicated to make a notification ignore do not disturb mode. Typically it'd be in notification settings within a category but it's now more convoluted to access it which is at DND settings > exceptions. Please add it back to where it was previously.

Since such suggestions can be highly individualized, their implementation depends on the number of users supporting such an idea. In general, more votes, e.g. in the form of likes from other users, need to be gathered for it to be considered.

It was already present on one UI 4, why bother changing? Nobody ever complained about the existence of that option. It'll now be even harder for an average user to find where the option is.
