Add the new android 13 audio notification

It is the same as android 12 in the first beta.

For clarification I mean the music controls, not the notification sounds!

The implementation of this kind of suggestion strongly depends on the number of people who support it, so the more users like this post, the more likely it will be added 😉 Also, do you know you can change the notification sound in the device's settings?

I'm happy with goodlock-sound assistant. Anyway we can change it on our own way.
