Hi i ve problem with wifi of my samsung tv. I do the reset from settings and now i cannot configure all features related to wifi because when i start the search the tv does not find anything (before reset i don t have any problem). In this forum i read that the tv changes autonomosly settings related to wifi. how i can restore it? i read about the secret menu and also there is a reset option i have to do the reset in the secret menu? this may cause problems?my country is Italy which settings should have wifi? region 4? wifi vendor qca? thank you

the warranty is expired so i don't think i can contact them

regardless of whether the TV is under warranty or not, our support network remains available.

That said, which model of tv do you own?

When you scan networks, does the television see the various networks or, instead, are they not returned to the screen?

Hi Andrea,

the model is QE43LS3AAUXZT,no the tv doesn't see the networks it starts the scan stay some minutes in the resaerch and return to the search area.

Hi Jessica, thank you for your reply..i try both the reset but nothing i continue to not find any network when i do the research...

During these days i try the solution find on internet: I enter in the secret menù the settings were all correct but i save them, then i modify my region and close the tv when i turn on all channels are deleted but i do not the research i modify again the settings in the secret menù in the initial one and the wifi correctly works!I search channels and everything seems ok. But after a day again the tv cannot find any network!!It is the worst tv i've ever buy...there is a way to solve the problem definitely?
