warranty registration

How do I register my purchase for the warranty? I have tried adding it as register new product, entered the required fields (all read correct). I then proceed to press complete and nothing happens, I've been trying since yesterday. What am I doing wrong?

Exactly the same problem. Almost as if they don't want you to register the product.

So pleased its not just me. perhaps its a system problem, (it doesn't like us).

Has anyone been able to register their products yet? I'm still trying. I can't believe that a system glitch would still be the problem. What would be my next port of call Samsung direct?

I have the same problem with two home appliances. Model numbers aren't recognised and nothing happens.

I have just managed to do it!  Used this link: 

https://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/

When the register 'submit' button was pressed I waited for 5 minutes before it finally came back and said Registered. 

Hope you have the same success!
