Hello,
I know there is a similar post, but that was for a non connected version. My model number is SR2AM7070WS/AA.
I have tried powerbot-e app and smartthings but none seem to detect it :(.
I have never been able to connect to it. I sent many emails to samsung with no reply 😞
so after some years... I reaaaally want this fixed!
What should I do?
