Tv chime and blue bubbles

Hey, my tv is making a two tone chime and shows blue bubbles when the door near it opens or closes. It seems like the sound is triggering it. I've read it's to do with connected devices but I've removed all and its still doing it!!!

Thanks for the info. What do you mean by the door near it opens and closes?

It seems to be triggered by noise in the area. The door opening and closing is just an example. But everytime there is noise in the area its doing it

Hi @jrbinqk ,

Unsure if it is, but it sounds a little like you're describing the Tap View connection notification; where the TV's Tap View sensor is detecting vibration and sending out a connection request to a nearby Tap View enabled device. Happens even when connected devices have been removed.

Do you have the SmartThings app on your mobile (or mobiles)? If so, go to SmartThings app > Settings > 'Tap view, tap sound on'; and toggle it to off.
