Tap view

I have just received my samsung S20 FE 5g phone, and whenever I tap view it to my samsung Q60t smart TV it chimes and says connecting but nothing happens?  

What am I doing wrong 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No I didn't, I'm having the TV taken away and repaired due to the case not fitting the screen properly.... To be honest I'm so annoyed, I've paid £600 for a tv and I've had 2 issues already.....

That's not what we like to hear. Have you been given a timescale for this?

They are taking it Monday 4th January, they said if they have to wait for parts they'll have to hold onto it, I've asked them to look into the tap to view too
