Hi
My smartthings hubs not starting up , no green light . I think hardware problem. Bought july 2020. Tried online live chat keep coming as busy. I don't know what to do. Is it still covered by warranty or not. #smartthings hub

@Tamber: Can you try resetting your Smartthings Hub by checking out the link below, to see if you have any success? For clarity, what were you hoping to use the Hub for?
