SmartThings app query

Hi

Recently the SmartThings app won’t populate/load the app icons anymore...it won’t even let me change sources...I will try and upload picture as I’m  having problems uploading on this post for some reason.

happy to have a look at this with you. Do you have any other phones to try to do this and see if the same thing happens? Are the TV and phone connected to the same network and all the apps and software up to date?

no other phone to test out on...but definitely on the same network and app up to date
