Smartthings app issue

After a recent update of my Samsung S21 Ultra, the Smartthings app with Vodafone V-Home Service has developed an issue.

The V-Homne monitor allows me to 'Arm away', 'Arm stay' and 'Disarm'

In 'Arm away' mode a 'Monitoring Active' view shows 'Armed away' option on, but, the 'V-Home Alarm Assistant (we'll contact you to let you know about alarms you haven't dismissed yet' slider option does not work.

Selecting the slider, throws out the app to the main display showing 'Monitoring active' but the notify option is not active.

As this is an app issue, Vodafone cannot assist further.

Help as the security provided is useless if one cannot be advised by the 'monitoring team' at Vodafone if there is an intrusion. It is easy to overlook a notification on your mobile which is received as normal.
