Samsung Wind-Free/Windfree App keeps showing connect you unit

Hi

Just bought a new Samsung Wind-free Comfort and try to connect it to my Samsung App. The IOS is connected to the Unit in the IOS Wifi and the default password have been accepted 1111122222. After that I return to my Samsung app and it keeps showing "Connect your phone to "DIRECT-SAMSUNGAIRCON / [Room A/C] Samsung Wi-Fi when I press Next. So the app seems to be unable to find the name. 

Any ideas on what is wrong and could I setup the Wind-free through a browser og maybe reset the Wifi settings on the Wind-Free.

hola.. el problema esta en el modulo de wifii que viene en el aire acondicionado, que emite un nombre de ap "DIRECT-SAMSUNGAIRCON / [Room A/C" distinto al que espera o busca la aplicacion smarthing, ya que para conectar busca Room A/C,  yo tengo el mismo problema y nadie me esta dando una solucion desde 2019.

si pudiste solucionarlo te pido me digas como
