Joined bulb yet had nothing from Samsung smartthings to claim my offer anyone else have this issue with Samsung smartthings  ?I followed step by stepI followed step by step

If you haven't received your redemption code via email, please can you check your spam/junk folder to see if it has been filtered here in error?

Yes I used that link when I signed up to Bulb energy but nothing and I always look in spam folder before I delete any emails

How did u connect your hub to wifi? No instruction in smart things app

Hi

1 Plug hub into router with ethernet cable 

2 Plug power supply in and plug into mains

3 Open smartthings app

4 Click the + button top right

5 Devices 

6 By brand

7 Smartthings 

8 WiFi/hub

9 Hub details found under the hub

THEN FOLLOW ON SCREEN PROMPTS

I have made the switch via the link shown in my s9+ . Still after 3 weeks, I haven't received the code for SmartThings hub. Whome to contact ?

I contacted Samsung UK via website and explained to them what I have done and was passed to the smartthings team and they replied to me and sent me the code to claim the £1 offer 👍
