Joined bulb yet had nothing from Samsung smartthings to claim my offer anyone else have this issue with Samsung smartthings  ?I followed step by step

Just keep emailing Samsung smartthings as its them who send it to you took me a lot of emails but ended up with 2 Plugs and the smartthings hub for 1p

https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-gb goto bottom of page and just keep emailing them saying you joined via smartthings app and still not got you smartthings hub and 2 plugs for 1p

I've used the link but still no email. is there another way to redeem? 1st meter reading is due tomorrow so maybe its because I've not officially switched yet... anyone else with this?

I've received the email after contact with Samsung support, it took me couple months to get it...
