Hi Folks I am having a problem with my Konnected alarm module and Smarthings.

When I set alarm with my Android tablet all devices, notifications work perfectly!

When I set alarm with my iPhone all devices, notifications work apart from the alarm siren?

It looks like the siren is not getting a network connection? I hope someone can help with this as I think it is out of my hands.
