In September I was persuaded to switch my energy provider to Bulb with the offer to get a SmartThings Hub and 2 Smart Plugs for £1. (through the Samsung offers app) I was sent the email on 30th Sep with the voucher code for the offer. The hub has not been available since then so offer has so far been useless. Conversation by phone in October I was advised to wait for the new hub ...... is there really going to be a new hub? If not, what is the alternative/replacement offer.
