I switched to Bulb back in May. Firstly, they were cheaper and secondly I wanted to get the SmartThings offer of the plugs for £1.
I am still waiting 4 months on for my email with my redemption code!!
I have tried Samsung live chat - they just gave me a number, which when I call says to send an email, which I have done on several occasions with no joy!!!
Samsung please help!!

you might have to resort to tweeting about it in order to get Samsung to pay attention. Samsung rarely read all if any if the threads in the forum

same here, I have no code at all. i switch and given my first meter reading, paid my first bill.....still nothing. Within our rights to cancel.
