Muffled speaker

After 3 days of installing Ui7 on my S23+, the upper speaker started having distorted sound without any apparent reason. Tried cleaning it physically with soft brush, and also tried the cleaning application via sound. Still no luck. I read in a few threads that speaker sound distortion might be a result of a bug which can be fixed by an update. Still no update available.

Witam. Zniekształcony glos w głośnikach może być też powodem zapchania otworu wentylacyjnego w telefonie. Proszę zobaczyć czy nie jest on przytkany. Można tez to sprawdzić wyjmując na chwile tackę od karty SIM.

I checked some videos on YouTube and they proposed the same fix. Just to remove sim card tray. Already tried that. Is there something more to check internally?

Often this type of symptom is caused by filings getting into the speaker.

You recommend opening the sim port and blowing air?

Please do not do this under any circumstances. We can only clean the speaker with a brush. If there is still no improvement, then such a speaker should be replaced

Theoretically everything is possible, but usually it is a temporary error and wiping the cache partition or restarting the phone would help. If the symptom persists, the cause will be more mechanical here
