Motion photo doesn't work when:

1. Enabled maximum-minimum quality optimization on advanced intelligence options and high efficiency pictures.

2. Enabled maximum quality optimization on advanced intelligence options and disabled high efficiency pictures.

@Serikus This is most likely some kind of technical limitation. For confirmation, you would need to submit an error report via the Samsung Members app > Support > Error Reports.
