Looks like Samsung is not stopping in disappointing me.
Delivery of my s22 was delayed, argh had to eat it and wait 2 weeks longer, but that was not so painful as I still had my s20 working pretty well and fine.
Now what is really strange after launch of GPUWatch on S22 I can see HIGH CPU/GPU usage on idle !!! CPU = 50% +, GPU never drops below 60% !!!
Where comparing these numbers with my s20, they're too high (s20 CPU ~20%, GPU ~5-10%)
What is happening???

Try Wipe Cache Partition
It clears unnecessary files some of which may be corrupt and slowing the device down. It should clear lag and help battery life.

To clear the cache partition you need to connect your phone to A PC then Turn off the device. This is important as your device won’t boot to Recovery Mode when it’s on.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.

Once the Android Recovery screen comes up, release the buttons.

Use the Volume Down button until you are highlighting ‘Wipe cache partition.’

Press the Power button to select ‘Wipe cache partition.’

Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.

Press the Power button to confirm the action to clear the cache.

Wait for a second as the system wipes the cache.

Press the Power button again to reboot the device.

Already done it, even made a full factory reset, unfortunately the CPU/GPU usage on idle is still the same level as described

@TheZe, so the service center is waiting for you to check it out, 'cause other users don't have such an issue.

You mean I should contact with local Samsung service, to check the phone by themselves (yourselves)?

@TheZe, yes, local Samsung service center must check your phone. You are writing on Polish Samsung Community and I did not see here any topics with the same issue. Anyway, even if there is one, two things you can do are to contact service center or send all the info about it with system logs via Samsung Members, here's how: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/aplikacje-i-us%C5%82ugi/poradnik-jak-zg%C5%82osi%C4%87-b%C5%82%C...

It seems that bringing the phone to the local Samsung service will be the only last chance to repair/resolve the issue (I have even tried to reflash the soft using the latest image from sammobile.com, which also hasn't changed the behavior of the phone 😞

p.s I know that I'm writing on the Polish community, I thought posting the messages in english might help somebody who would run into the same issue to find and understand this thread (and isn't the Polish guy/gal :))
