ive bought my samsung Galaxy A34 last year in january and it was new, last week it started glitching and the baterry runs out so fast, ive put the most protective setting to it charges till 80% then it goes normally in a few hours till 30% but at 30% it turnes off and when i plug it in immediately it shows 20% and when i just turn it on without plugging it goes to 2% in a few minutes (3-5) should i go to the servise to replace the battery or can i do something in settings? is it normal with this model?
