I got this error message when I tried to purchase a product from Samsung website. The moment I filled in the postcode, this error appeared. “

Unfortunately, your order cannot be processed. Please review your cart page and fill up the missing information. “

I have tried using a different browser and cleared cache, same error.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Is it just your postcode? What happens if you put another one in?

Works for me - have you tried another device? Maybe an adblocker or browser extension/VPN is blocking something?

There should be a pop up window while on the Samsung Online Shop Page that will allow you to speak with Live Chat.

They might be able to assist and guide you @Niko511

I have known the Online Shop Site to be a little bit glitchy so waiting a day or two may help.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Niko511: Have you tried checking the cart page to see if there are any red asterisks next to any of the input fields (which indicate that the field is missing the required information)? If you can't see anything, and if the issue persists, please give our Shop Team a call on 0333 000 0333, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

I’ve tried your suggestions, same error appeared. I decided to buy the speakers from a third party website.
