Unable to open Members Shop

Hi. I was trying to enter the Members Shop from the Samsung Members app and it redirects me to Chrome showing the error "Error performing the requested operation." in a Samsung website. I uninstalled the Samsung Members app and disabled Chrome, when I reinstalled it, it now tries to open in another store's market app. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

Download the Samsung shop app, it's the same as the online store one.

Ah. I thought they were two different stores, users keep saying that Members Shop must be opened from the Samsung Members app... Thanks for the info!

@urielneves: If you tap on 'Galaxy Shop' in the Discover tab of the Samsung Members app, then this will link you to samsung.com via your default browser app, which houses our Online Store. As per the above, you do also have the option of downloading the Samsung Shop app from the Galaxy Store, or simply visiting samsung.com via a browser app.

Yeah, the problem was that I had Avast set as my default browser, part of the browser protection service. Therefore, when I tried to open the Members Shop from the Samsung Members app, it was leading to the error. With Chrome properly set as the default browser, the shop is now working just fine. Thanks for the assist.
