Hi,

Having an issue with the online store. I've signed in, tried to purchase the new Jet AI Vacuum with trade in and discount code BESPOKE400, However, regardless of payment method it shows the payment as unsuccessful. I get an email thanking me for my purchase but a few days later the money is returned but the order shows as processing on my account.

Can anyone advise? I've tried different browsers, different credit and debit cards also.

It might be beneficial to speak directly with the Samsung Online Shop Team for your region @Esurient 

The Chat option should show while on Samsung.com too.
