Samsung Tab S8 - Order status clueless

So ordered in the 22nd Feb 2022, delivery was for tomorrow 23rd March 2022, payment taken immediately, weeks of live chats, calls and emails all result in a clueless response from Samsung, only common response is "system issue no idea, use the online tracker" then I told them says contact Samsung.

So I have no idea if the order is accepted, is cancelled, is due tomorrow.

This has now become the usual farce with Samsung, so this time I have raised a dispute with Barclaycard to get a refund.

Truly shocking.

Aye and currys and they have promos also. So why are they still showing " In Stock " on the website and yet you get told delayed mmmmmm

Over a month since my order- they still can't give me a date for delivery but have taken my money !
