The shop app / website has been freezing for days now , why hasn't something been done about it ? Can't check orders or even look at stuff , come on Samsung !!!

Hi @Easty  Have you cleared cache, tried different browsers/devices?  I have just checked and no problem for me  on phone or other Devices,though there may be server issues.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.


My Device- S21 Ultra 5G ( SM-998B/DS ) CSC= BTU , 12GB/256GB
One Ui 5.1,Android 13 .

Yes mate , tried all that , tablets , phones , ipad , iPhone....
