Hi somehow I have two different promotion/gift requests on the same IMEI-code. The first one is on my Google account which locks me out from changing my name. Since that account only uses the initial letter of my surname it got rejected. So I made a Samsung account, but it somehow didn't connect it with my first request. Which means, the second request got denied because the IMEI-code was already used. I really don't know what to do know because chat support just copy-pasted a "you need to use a Samsung account to change your name" text and then ghosted me when I explained that is what caused the issue. Like, I did that, and now that request got denied because it's not linked to the first one!
I'm so tired of being looped around by chat bots that keep repeating solutions that don't work. 😞

Thank you for your message and congratulations with your S24! I see that a third registration is made, it is not yet denied and goes further in the registration proces. We are still wating for the final confirmation. Let me know if your registration gets denied again.
