Samsung delivery is pure incompetence.

This is a joke. Samsung has delayed the delivery of the burgundy S22 ultra once more to the 31st of March. If it ever materialises it. I am so furious that I am cancelling the orders.

Samsung complete liars and incompetents.

I've had the same message too. My order was due on the 25th Feb, then delayed to the 11th March, then delayed to the 24th March, now delayed again to the 31st March. I think it's incredibly clear that they have no idea what they're doing.

It's a shame. I've loved my Note phones in the past and I really like having the S pen, but I think this is finally the push I need to just order an iPhone 13 Pro Max and be done with it. Not point sticking with a company that's just completely incompetent.

Cancel order .Get your money back as obvious there is a problem with the phone as they are holding back delivery of the phones and the amount of returns and problems there getting with the first batch they sent out

I appreciate how unimpressed you must feel and it's very understandable that your feeling disappointment, especially when the estimated delivery date slips more than a few time's  !

It's going to have to be a personal choice whether a person stays the course and awaits or requests a cancellation.

In my personal opinion Samsung should offer a Goodwill Gesture to those that have been impacted once the phone has been delivered, and the cooling off period elasped.

This Samsung Community Forum is for everyone to come together to discuss products , new launches , tips and ideas and to both belp people with advice, and as importantly learn.

@xSteveuk is entitled to engage in posts to offer help and support as much as you are @John19691969 

People have a right to their opinion as long as this does not infringe the community-guidelines

I have seen posts from people on Twitter that saythey are starting to receive these exclusive colours.

The Graphite looks really nice.

I am not unimpressed or disappointed. I am freaking fuming. I did not pre-order the exclusive sky blue because I did not want to wait 4 weeks. Customer Support are lying to us and the usual sorry script. Samsung customers’ treatment is appalling.  They cannot provide honest information on real delivery times. It shows a serious lack of respect.

I had paid the 1TB phone in full plus a few extras, I get no benefits from pre-ordering other than getting the phone earlier, a long-gone affair now. Samsung is not able to show respect and decency to their customer let alone any goodwill gesture.

Delaying the phone three times when it was meant to be in stock is completely unacceptable. The lack of information and support is unforgivable. The uncertainty that the phone will be delivered by the 31st is quite considerable. Cancelling is the only option.
