Hi just wondering if a MOD or anyone else could help me out please? I ordinal did the S7 Edge upgrade program and have now signed up to the S8+ upgrade program, I have looked in the T&Cs to find out what I have to return (I see I have to return the phone and what was in the box) but do I have to return the VR headset I got given as a pre order offer? if not will I be able to use the VR headset with the S8+ as it has USB C not the same as the type used on the S7?.

The relevant bit from there about cancelling it:
"9. How can I quit Galaxy beta Programme?
You can cancel through “Withdraw from Galaxy Beta Programme” under the “Settings” menu in the “Samsung Members” app.
In order to use the official software and services, be sure to re-install (rollback) the final version of the official software.
You can re-install software by using the PC version of Smart Switch. Once the software is re-installed, the device will be reset and all data that was generated during the Galaxy Beta Programme will be erased.
(You can find details from FAQ #10 below.)
All data which had been backed up before installing the beta software can be recovered, but there may be limitations in recovering data that was created after installing the beta software.
The Samsung Service Center also supports re-installation of the official software.
Please contact the Call Center, and you will be guided to the nearest service center.

10. How can I restore the official software during Beta Programme?
You can re-install the official software by using the PC version of Smart Switch.

(This is for UK/Ireland phones, although one of the guides the UK & Ireland Mobile Tech team received has "the Deregister menu" instead of “Withdraw from Galaxy Beta Programme” in the above advice, so it may be worth checking for that term too.)
