Reward points expired after 2 months

My Samsung points expired in 2 months.

I had 30,000 points i got them in June and they expired in august.

I thought they stay for 2 years. who do i contact for this.

Yes unfortunately there is a time limit on the points earned. Have to keep checking to make sure of the expiry dates.
Try contacting Samsung Customer Support from the phone number in your Members App help section

" You have to use your Samsung Rewards Points within 24 months of receiving them. After this time, they will no longer show in your points balance in your Samsung account. " 

Double check when the points were earned please and if you find something has glitched then do contact Samsung for clarification.
