I ordered the S24+ instead of the S24 Ultra (I know, I know) and used the trade-in feature entering my IMEI. I'm returning the S24+, but when I tried to reorder, it correctly tells me that the IMEI has already been used. Does Samsung have to process my return before this IMEI message will go away?

Hi, your device has two IME numbers, try using the second number & see if that works.

I'm not well up on IT/tech so thanks for the suggestion. Will give it a go if my attempt at Help me Shop doesn't work.
