Due to delay trading in Samsung applied remote lock now its resolved still message coming locked hpw does this knox lock get removed

I think your going to need to phone or use Live Chat to contact the support department of Samsung in your region to get this looked at @gtpb

If you have already received confirmation that the lock will be removed, then please be advised that the process can take up to 5 working days (although it is usually quicker than this).
