Problems with ordering and promotions

Hi All

Back on the 20th of Feb I tried to order the S22 Ultra. Because of the way the ***** website worked, the trade up voucher gets “used” before you pay for the phone. I had navigated away before completing the order and the trade up voucher was used.

Asurion took until after the promotion ended to get back to me to unlock the code. I tried to at least catch the trade up promo, but the payment system of the Samsung website crashed as I was trying to purchase the phone and yet another trade up voucher was locked.

 

I still have no phone and no resolution after many emails and phone calls. I’ve also emailed the office of the CEO and not had a response. The different departments keep telling me I need to speak with one of the others.

I’m at my wits end and feel like a crazy person constantly calling to chase up my enquiry because none of the supervisors are getting back to me when they say they will.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to get the promo offers due to the stuff ups on their end?

I am in the same boat except I ordered mine on February 9th... I have had supervisors hang up on me I have had supervisors promise they'll get back to me in 24 hours and it's a joke how this customer service has been dealing with me for over a month....

Same here I have ordered by phone on the 10th but I tried pre ordering on the 9th but the website wouldn't allow me to.
I have received nothing apart from the order placed email and on the 25th I got an email saying the phone will be delivered by the 10th of March other than that I have gotten nothing from Samsung. Talked to customer service said they'll send me an email but its been 4 days and nothing.


I think the earpuds and Disney promo ends on the 5th of April but not sure.

That sucks man… yeah I can’t believe how poor the service has been. I’ve had Samsung phone for years and years and it’s really disheartening to see how they treat problems.

I am in the same boat...After this experience I am never going to pre-order anything from Samsung again...Their customer service is the worst in the UK ...unbelievable!!!
