Is anyone else having trouble with the discount codes sent with the pre-order of the Z fold. I've tried it with capitals and without and it keeps saying its invalid

Try clearing your browsers history and cache  / data and try again.

Or try another browser or another device to create the order on @Tazie

Agree with our good friend, @BandOfBrothers here that some browser troubleshooting or another device may be the simplest way to resolve this.

However, if you continue to have issues processing adding this code to your basket, just drop a message to our @Sam_UK inbox with your email address, name and discount code (please don't post these publically though.

We'd recommend you follow the above steps or join the conversation in this similar discussion in the Community. So that all updates and insights are centralised we will lock this thread 😊

We've also noticed a number of people have had more luck on the mobile version of the website or by following the link in the Samsung Members app.
