Was wondering if anyone had an answer, looking at buying the s23 ultra and was wondering if the phone would come unlocked so i coulcould pop any sim of my choice in or will it be locked to only certain networks

Hi @era85 if you are ordering direct from samsung online shop (or from a Samsung experience store) all devices are unlocked,you will be able to use any Sim card.

One Ui 5.1,Android 13 .

It depends where you get the phone from, I'm with O2 and my last phone is unlocked and most networks sell unlocked ones now due to a EU Law change a few years ago. Best look around
