A return was delivered to you on August 1, 2024. According to your terms and conditions, a refund will be made within 14 days. It is now September 14, 2024, so 44 days later and thus already a violation of your own terms and conditions by 1 month (or even stronger; 2 times the promised final refund period) and I have already contacted the chat 20 times and it seems as if no one at Samsung is interested that I have been waiting for €699 for 6 weeks.
Always had good experiences with Samsung products and have used several of them, but I hope never to have to deal with your service again, because that is a process of frustration for the customer and total incompetence and amateurism of service employees at Samsung and a poorly designed process for this. This is an experience that lingers, one that you share with others when they ask me, for example, whether I like my Galaxy Watch Ultra. The sour aftertaste of this process, if you can even speak of an 'aftertaste', because there is no solution yet, is something that stays with you. I have never experienced such a bad service and return process as with Samsung. I have experienced enough processes at large companies, such as Ziggo and Vattenfall, that were difficult. But nowhere to this extermis, where you do not even hear the 'will' from the employee to want to help a customer properly. 'Just wait a bit longer' is the only thing they can say.
Today tried for once to call instead of using the whatsapp channel.. But, what's the point of calling customer service if an employee can only tell you something you already know: that I've been waiting for my refund for a month and a half now and that it's 'in the hands of another department'...
Never had any bad experiences with products, the opposite, I enjoy using them. But this return process and the (non-existing) level of service leaves a taste behind that is so sour, that you forget about whether products are enjoyable or not..
Anyone with similar experiences 😭😭😭? And/or tips how to speed up this proces?
