I ordered a Refrigerator in October/2022, and Samsung online shop didn't send it yet.

End of October I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung online shop, and until now I didn't receive my order. Please let me know how can I handle this issue because every time when I'm calling the customer service center, they have the same answer that the department is working on my issue.

I need a solution as soon as possible. 

I'm living in Germany.
