Hello, I've just bought a Galaxy A54 at the official Samsung store, there was an option of cashback provided. The consultant gave me an instruction on how to get this cashback through the app Samsung Members. I checked both the provided instruction and the instruction on the website - there is no cashback option to claim on my Samsung account. The account was registered long time ago and there were 2 additional Samsung phones registered.. Please advise how to claim a cashback for purchasing Galaxy A54????

sometimes it takes few days when the banner for cachback is visible in Samsung Members App. We registered problem with banners in the past, when it was needed to have Czech SIM card in the phone, try app from LTE connection instead of Wifi and may be the Samsung Account have to be also registered from Czech republic. Try these options and let me know, it it help.
