Hi there, @Sohails. Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order are refunded if the order is returned or cancelled (for example, prior to it being dispatched). You'll typically see your points back on your account within 5 days once our Online Shop Team fully processes your cancellation.

You might wish to contact our Online Shop Team on 0333 000 0333 (open from Monday to Friday from 8am until 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm)., if your points still aren't showing.

You're welcome. I don't have a specific contact name that I can provide, so I recommend that you continue liaising with the Online Shop Team and ask that this matter be escalated.
Alternatively, you can reach out to one of the other Support Teams who can log this for you, and they should also be able to raise a callback. This means that the matter would be investigated and you would be called back to discuss this further (or to be advised of the outcome).
