Hi!

When I pre-ordered my S24+, I purchased a Tab S9+ too. Both came with 12 month subscription promotions to Disney+.

It turns out I can't use both of these promotions as Disney doesn't stack them.

What can I do? Seems very unfair.

@Bazzer46: Please can you clarify the steps you have taken prior to receiving the sync settings notification?

Give it to someome who needs it you won't be able to sell them either. Or you could start one now and then start the other in may on another account that way you have an extra 5/6 months (technically) after the first one expires

I do have "one claim per promotion product" as I have 2 products.

Hi, @Jurph. I appreciate where you're coming from. As Disney+ does not allow the stacking of codes, a useful option in this case (as has been suggested earlier by @NYMM) would be using the extra code on a separate Disney+ account at a later date (before the expiry date, of course).

I accept that this scenario might not be your preferred option, so you might wish to liaise with Disney+'s Support Team if it can suggest any other solutions from its side.

They both expire at the same time (May) so I'd still be losing a considerable part of the promotion. It seems very unfair. It doesn't say anything in the terms & conditions about not being able to stack them.

Samsung and Disney are 2 global companies and should be able to sort this out
Samsung is punishing loyal customers who spend a lot of money with them. The promotions are part of the deal / calculation we make when we customers look at value for money.
If they can't fix it, they need to find a different solution. Multiple accounts aren't a solution. I have all my favourites set up on my account.
Simple solution is to extend the expiry date on the S24 Ultra voucher.
