I’m experiencing some confusion and delays with the delivery of my parcel S25, 1TB, and I wanted to share my experience to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue.
Initially, DPD informed me that they had received my parcel and it was on its way. However, I later received an update stating that my parcel had been misrouted to an incorrect delivery depot. They assured me that they were working to rectify the issue and that the parcel would be processed through their sorting system again and forwarded to my local delivery depot by the next business day.
Now, the tracking information indicates that Samsung did not hand over the parcel to DPD. I’m quite puzzled by this series of events and the conflicting information. Has anyone else encountered such a mix-up with their deliveries? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
