I live in the Scottish Highlands and this happened to me once on an order, it was very strange as I had had over a dozen deliveries from Samsung prior to the issue occurring. I believe it was when I was purchasing my Watch 5 Pro. It resolved itself after a few tries. If my memory serves me correctly once I selected the Watch 5 Pro without a bespoke strap option and instead opted for the normal watch and strap combo it worked. But since that time I've bought another sand that had a bespoke strap and theree were no issues so all I can guess is it's some type of bug.
