Can't purchase S24 for the past 1 week

Spent the whole past 1 week just to get the purchase and until now Samsung still can't fix the buggy issue in the shop app and also web purchase. 

Already tried all possible ways 

  • Use different credit cards
  • Reselect the cart
  • Reinstall the app
  • Change different combination
  • Switch to web to purchase
  • Switch to education store to purchase

And it already caused me to miss the first promotion. Have only gotten 3 days before the pre-order promotion is gone. 

Super frustrated customer now.

I totally understand and appreciate the frustration you must have felt with this @Xavier Yue 

Some had these technical issues and some didn't. 

Samsung.com worked fine and the Samsung Shop worked Ok but was byggy, which many needed to take advantage of the extra 5% off. 

I'm guessing it was crashing due to the sheer amount of traffic to get orders through. 

I can see the 5% is still available and Samsung have now offered £100 off if a Trade-In isn't wanted. 

Personally I'm waiting to see what Samsung may offer after the Pre ordering stage. I'm aware the double up of storage may end.

Which issue are you having? Could you elaborate more? Which part of the order procedure fails?
