Can't order from the Isle of Man, online or on the phone!

Samsung, please can you fix your delivery options for the Isle of Man!

I'm trying to order a new phone and it keeps telling me that you don't deliver to the Isle of Man.

We have UK postcodes and are served by Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, pretty much every courier service so there is no reason for this.

We are also listed as a UK county as we are included in the UK mailing system

Samsung shop over the phone were also unable to place the order

I've not had this issue in the past with Samsung. Most retailers will post here, we're even included in Amazon prime delivery for example.

Please, please fix this!

Choose another company, samsung has become a cheap company with overpriced phones... If you try to contact their customer service, you will notice how bad they are...

Also facing this frustration. Want to order a new watch and trade in my current one to take advantage of the trade in bonus but can't do so as they've got us blocked us. Absolutely zero reason for this. Their courier DPD will deliver here no problem.

The stupid thing is if you want to order a telly they'll deliver it here!  The courier for a telly shows as 'Panther'. Just not a cheaper mobile phone / wearable. It's got to be a setting on their system that they won't alter for some reason.
